We are 31% funded. Help us get the rest of the way!

Did you know that today is the first ever World Edible Insect Day! We are now all a part of the entomophagy movement!  Celebrate the day by telling all your friends about Critter Bitters!

It has been a busy four days for us! Last night we hosted our first launch party in New York City. Our friend Chef Don PV made the most delicious cricket canapes and we were filmed for a new web series about eating insects called Buggin Out! Our next event is November 7 in San Francisco at 11am — 2pm.

And in other news, start your weekend off right with this cocktail that we made with Gizmodo.
