Drinking cocktails won't save the world, but eating insects might. Critter Bitters take the 'ick' factor out of eating insects.

Hi Critter Bitters friends and family!
We know the question you're all asking: When can I expect to get my own bottle of Critter Bitters?
Here's the answer: In the next few months, we hope. We've submitted our recipe to the TTB (Alcohol and Tobacco Trade Bureau) and heard that it's been assigned to someone. We have everything else lined up so as soon as we get approved by this bureau that sits in the US Department Of Treasury, we should have a streamlined process to get the bitters to you. Thank you so much for your patience on that front! We can't wait to get going on this.
In other news, we're still making headlines — check out these articles from Vice & This Is Mold & Medical Daily.
We also just got back from speaking about Critter Bitters at Design Observer's Taste Symposium in Los Angeles. We were so honored to be included in the lineup of amazing people in food and design including Mark Bittman, Lynda Deakin for IDEO, Jessica Koslow from Sqirl, Dr. Ricardo Salvador from the Union of Concerned Scientists and more. We loved the shout out in Core77 about the event.
We'll keep you posted on upcoming events in San Francisco and New York. Also, if you're really into entomophagy, join us in Detroit for a conference on eating insects from May 26 -28, 2016. More about that here.
As always, feel free to message us or email us at [email protected] with any questions or feedback. We'd love to hear from you!
